When one Christian calls another out on a sin in their life, why do so many folks say, “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone?” When Jesus said this to the crowd who brought the woman to him who was caught in adultery, he was saving her life; they were about to kill her. There’s a big difference between calling a sin a sin and stoning someone to death. Are we to judge the world? Absolutely not. But if you claim to be a follower of Christ, you are to bring honor to Him through obedience. And those who do not need to be reminded of that responsibility. Look at any of the Apostle Paul’s letters and tell me otherwise.
